I have enjoyed many movies here since it opened in the 90s.
Since they got the new recliners a few years ago (and I am sure new good air conditioning) it has been the only cinema we go to. Lots of space, comfortable, and cool.
I have seen movies on most of the screens with the new seats now, and it is always a pleasant experience.
As always food and drinks are very overpriced... but it was good, and they have a bar too.
My experience in the toilets was not as nice as normal in my last visit though. It smelled really bad and the first sink I used the water barely trickled out but the sink next to it thankfully worked properly.
When we were getting into a taxi after seeing the movie a car reversed fast into the side of the taxi as I was securing my young son in. Thankfully my son was okay, but my leg/knee hurt for a few days. My husband had been walking around the car at the time so he was okay too.
It would be good if they had a safe pick-up place for customers because some drivers don't know how to use their mirrors.

Very comfortable seats and you may stretch as much as you want. Nice food court to have popcorn and soft drinks...enjoy

Really nice cinema albeit a tad tricky to get to if not knowing the roads from where you are travelling.
The toilets really clean and tidy.
The auditorium we were in was clean and when it was dark it was DARK. The only issue was the armrests looking rather tired as really flaky and cracked leather.
Only saw one member of staff who was very welcoming.

Standard cinema £20+ for tickets which is crazy nowadays but good amenities and nice staff here, no doubt. Good set up and efficiency in service has improved ????

Poor experience a number of weeks ago, during the height of the good weather the cinema was an inferno , upon asking about the air conditioning I was informed it was what it was at almost £20 a ticket it's not good enough!! I should also note the recliner was broken which was a further issue, emailed the complaints team, that had a 4 day response time, nothing back what a shocker. I'll stick to the Vue. Such a poor experience.

Great cinema,
Comfortable seating, not overcrowded, food and and drink are expensive but, that's always been the way. Parking is a bit of a nightmare so get there early. Anything after 6pm is free 4 hours max during the day.
Quite frustrating some people still sit on there phone at the cinema takes the whole feel of cinema!

Lovely place to watch movie. Ample parking place and option of food. Seats are very spacious and sound is really good. Try to get 3D movie tickets and it will be absolute fun. Cheers

Ordering food is a nightmare, 6-8 staff behind the counter but you need to use a touch screen yourself to order, then they want almost £8 for a bloody hot dog. Get a grip Odeon. Get the staff taking orders and scrap the self service nonsense. £4-£5 max should be reasonable for a cinema hot dog then more people would buy them, if IKEA can do it for 50p then you can do your size for under a fiver. Cinema is great, the picture and sound amazing and seats are super comfy, but service needs a revamp
