Amazing Castle to wander, incredible views of the surrounding land, interesting history. Not a bad price for entry - pretty typical for a state park/historic site/landmark/museum experience. Highly recommend visiting.

Great day out by myself the space was beautifully kept and the gardens smelt amazing, not busy at all. Lovely exhibitions and the audio guide was immersive worth getting one. Plenty of space do recommend as a day out even having a picnic. The tea room and bookshop were spectacular.
Free entry with English heritage membership which you can get on site

A beautiful old ruined castle. There are lots of information boards telling you about the history of the castle and its owners. The reconstructed Elizabethan gardens are lovely and have a fascinating history. The cafe is ok, I don't like tea which is just a teabag in a cup.

Lovely place, tours and talks from well informed guides. Lovely garden and a view from the tower is amazing. Lovely tea room and toilets with a shop for any gifts or keepsakes . Staff are very friendly and helpful . Activities planned throughout the school holidays ,well worth a visit. Car park free for English heritage members , pay and display for others and it is just across from the entrance to the castle

Beautiful place, to visit. The castle and garden, just amazing :)
You can buy tickets on the arrival in the visitor center, as well as gifts.
There are toilets and lovely cafe.
There is a limited car park space just next to the castle, but opposite the road there is a pub with a car park. Non guests of the pub have to pay, we paid like £6,50 for a day.
Definitely worth a visit :)

The place is essentially ruins with history that goes as far as England does. A good place for a weekend picnic. There isn’t much guide on the ruins of the castle but a well-maintained tower contains artifact of history including Queen Victoria’s visits here. The staff here put up a nice interactive show for kids to talk a walk down the castle’s memory lane and reenact some pieces from its history.

Went as a group of 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 7. Not sure how much the children would enjoy it, but they loved it. There was a special session arranged for children all about dragons, but we were told you had to book in advance and it was for members only. We were members, but knew nothing about it until we passed it. The shop was fairly expensive, but it was a treat for the children, so not a regular occurence. All staff were really helpful and pleasant. We thought it would be fairly quiet as we arrived around 10am, but it was already really busy. There were a lot of steps in one part of the castle so those with mobility issues, like myself, would have to skip that part, but otherwise easy to conquer! We'll definitely return in the summer months and spend longer there. We loved it.

This is a simply magical place. So much history is present in the stunning red fabric of the castle whilst the Elizabethan Gardens are a full sensory delight. There were children activities taking place whilst I was there and the enthusiasm of the staff who were delivering these was a joy to see. My only small quibble was the fact that the scone I ordered in the cafe was dry and stale. Apart from that, I would highly recommend a visit to Kenilworth Castle.
