Good stuff for clothing, accessories, footwear, stationary, bags, caps, home decor and general gift items. Located on the main tourist Street and has 4 floors in total. All cards accepted and it took only few minutes to pay and check-out. Smooth shopping

Primark is the place where you can find stuff at good price, the quality is not bad at all but it’s worth it by the price you pay.

The staff is good, but sometimes staff looks like boring at customers.

Overall, primark has almost everything in fashion, accessories, shoes and homewear in one place and the best thing is Primark always offer items reduced at crazy price.

Went to the cafe on the 3rd floor to escape my wife shopping, had a tuna crunch toastie and cappuccino and was greeted to friendly staff and also a great view of Edinburgh Castle!! What more could you ask for? Great service good value, excellent views!

Another great Primark store. However this one in Edinburgh is not as big as the one in Birmingham or in Coventry. But still good collection of kids, women and men clothes and all. Overall a very good shop to shopping at. Excellent shop. We do all our shopping from here only. Go for it..

This shop is getting worse worse. They closed down the toilets due to Covid (they said) but never re opened them. Then they removed the trolleys, so if you are elderly,or disabled or just a mother with her child, you have to carry these horrible baskets. Do the managers actually think this would be a good shopping experience for someone buying more than 2-3 items? To add up to this, visited the shop again today to see it was literally as empty as ever from stock. There wasn't even a plain slouchy white top in sight. A super basic white Tee. Why bother ever going there again!? The shop is now stocking lots of other otems at the expense of clothing. Nothing like the Primark it once was. Worst quality ever, highest pieces ever, no stock.

The mens section used to take up the whole entire bottom floor now its been cut in half and when they wanted me to go through the self scans I did but then they wanted me to go scan my receipt to be able to leave well they weren't happy when I decided not to go through the receipt area. If your going to have self scan machine and take away from hard working people that you should be employing then get used to people not doing it or listening to your staff to do so its hypocrisy that you take jobs away from people to use self scan but then cant trust people to buy their goods if you don't like then don't have them primark is already full of good but substandard clothing

The shop is fine, but definitely too many people there. What I don't like. Difficult to get the lift close to basement checkouts on the right sides. Overall good.
