I have stayed here a number of times and simply love it! The staff are always so kind, and the hotel itself is clean with comfortable rooms. The location is wonderful - so easy to access the airport either via the walkway or the Hoppa bus that stops by.

There is something unique and wonderful about this place that I love! I will continue to stay here if I am transiting through Heathrow, for it is such a lovely experience. If you are looking for a Heathrow airport, this one is truly a gem!

Staff were professional at check in, room was clean and very beautifully decorated. Looked very high class for a premier Inn. Had breakfast in the morning. Very cheap all you can eat cooked breakfast buffet. Food was nice and there was a huge selection. Very convenient stay if you're stranded at Heathrow. Short walk from terminal 4 and affordable

Great location for Heathrow T4 (only a 5 minute walk away - walkway accessed from the second floor) and the underground for T4 and Hatton Cross (Elizabeth Line). Opted for early check in which was available from 11am for £10 extra, otherwise check in is at 3pm. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s restricted card entry points on each floor, making it a bit more secure. Reception is located on first floor along with a 24hr Costa (with sandwiches and bakery items) and a restaurant. Complimentary tea and coffee sachets and water is available at reception. Parking is located on the ground floor and chargeable at £20 for 24 hours. When entering the car park, there was an attendant on hand to explain the terms of the car park. Payment upon exit for the car park, however the payment machine wasn’t working when I exited, and I had to make the trip back up to reception to settle the parking. Room was clean and had the expected amenities. Despite being close to the airport there was no noise or disturbance. I found that the room did get quite hot and the windows do not open. There is AC available but I found this would switch off after some time.

Great stay at terminal 4 Heathrow, connected by covered Walkway. We travelled in to London on the Elizabeth line, very easy travel, we registered our credit card to oyster. We used google maps for finding our way around London places of interest. The hotel staff were all great, we don't normally use hotel restaurants, we tried and found it good value for money food. Excellent service in the restaurant too. We would definitely use the Premier Inn Terminal 4 again.

Standard Premier Inn quality - everything is clean, laid out well and comfy. Nice, covered walk to the terminal too so very handy.

Car park is managed by a third party - Horizon - and the guy who greeted us to let us through barrier was rude and unprofessional. Hard to imagine without witnessing his behaviour, but we rocked up in a hurry and wished to park our normal car in a normal bay and be on our journey, but he rudely lost his composure and insisted we listen to his whole spiel on where to park electric cars or disabled cars when they don't apply to us, nor would we attempt to park there (and nobody else would when the car park had that much space) so it was just an exercise in frustration listening to this bloke take pleasure in ruling his pathetic little roost and making sure we are put in our place. It's a bit sad and indicative of the low-wage boring environment so there's perhaps some blame with the company, and at £20 a day per car they could probably do more.

There was a waiter in the restaurant with braids and glasses. He treated the customers differently. He was very kind, respectful and caring to the white people, but very cold and rude to people of other races. During the course of the meal, I saw him greet three tables of white people with concern, asking them how satisfied they were with the food, but ignoring us, ignoring us as if we were nothing, completely indifferent to our feelings, and offering no service at all. I didn't take his picture, but when I flipped through the comments, I found another guy who had the same experience as me, which means he's done this to customers of other races more than once. I took a screenshot in my comments, I hope everyone pays attention. 1. The waiting time for service was very long, when I finally saw him, I said I want to order, he said you have to wait 5 minutes, I said I have waited a long time, he said then you have to wait one more 5 minutes, then his colleague came to apologize to me and ordered for us. 2. During the meal, I asked his colleague for two plates, but no one gave me a plate, so I had to put the food residue on the table, and when I paid the bill, he asked me to clean up the residue by myself, I refused, I was not satisfied with the service, and told him my feeling, then he became very angry and rude, I have never seen such a service attitude, He even grabbed my receipt to check my room number, which made me very worried about my personal safety. 3. After feedback with the reception, a lady went to ask him what happened, his reason was that we were rude, we spit the residue on the table, your colleague did not provide me with a plate, you never asked me what I needed, so you want me to spit the residue into the plate with food in it? At the end, he said we were rude. What did I do wrong? I suffered such unfair treatment, and the hotel team did not give me feedback, not even an apology.

This hotel charges budget conscious prices but provides very good, clean and well managed facilities and services. I strongly recommend it. It also has a covered connection to terminal 4, which takes about 8 minutes at an average walking pace. It's perfect for a terminal 4 layover.

Rooms are great. Got one on the top floor which was apparently a ‘premier plus’ room. Not too sure if that is different from the normal rooms but it was very modern and spacious. Had the breakfast here and it was very good. Fair price at 11.99£ for all you can eat buffet. The walk from T4 is a bit of a pain, especially when it's 00:30 and you’re very tired but at least it's better than walking in the road.
