We have been here 4 times in the past 4 years. This was certainly the most disappointing. Before I start let me state it was on 30 June 2023 and not school holidays.

How about I give you the + & -

+
Friendly staff
Shop has a lot of cool stuff
Great rides when they are functional and working
Coffee now at entrance and later on which is great

-
Viking River Splash was not working last year and again not this year in summer!
We spend 6.5 hours there and only managed to do 7 rides. They simply let too many people in! It was a madhouse and others had similar complaints about the capacity.
Food is terrible and extremely expensive.
£10 for parking which is 15 min walk is simply not very fair. No other option either.

They really need to sell less tickets so that people who are in can enjoy things more. We waited over an hour for 3 separate rides! Again not school holidays.

Good place to visit, we have had unlucky day as it was raining ????.
Rides are fun and approx was 10/15 min wait time.
When we sat for lunch I the large eatery the fire alarm went off and we was told to evacuate, it was a false alarm and we couldn't complete our lunch.
As every big theme park is essential to arrive early to park easy and not wait too long to enter.
Overall good fun Park for the children to enjoy.
I recommend to visit.

Despite the good old British weather we all had a great day. Grandkids never been and have said they want to go again. Some queues were long I must admit. I paid for the digital photos but will think twice as to be honest only 2 were any good so was a waste of money. The underground sea adventure was amazing and highly recommended. Do much to do.

Great place to visit for anyone. I like the interesting layout that starts at the top of a hill and provides a great view of the park and some of Windsor. The path navigates you effortlessly along to each section and you find yourself on one ride after another without having to search too much or keep changing direction. There is also a mini train to aid those who may not like/be able to walk the whole route.

There is a good range of attractions obviously more catered to a younger audience however most are suitable for anyone.

There is a huge Lego shop which has a very large range of products.

Personally, I think that the variety of food could be improved upon when compared to other parks. I also would say that some attractions are looking a bit less cared for and could definitely do with some attention but in general the park is in good condition.

1-2 days should be enough to explore the whole park depending on how quickly you get round and how short the queues are.

Absolutely wonderful time to be had!
Rides for the kids plenty of shows and attractions to keep them entertained. And the miniature city's and structures of the world will entertain all ages of adults! We did not stay at the resort but looked into it and the themed rooms looked very amusing (maybe the next visit!)
Few areas of the park for food quick shuttling to and from one side to the other with the hill train great for all ages but children under 90cm will not be able to go in any rides but will be able to gain access to the site for free also one thing that I feel isn't raised clearly enough is also the addition of needing to pay £10 to park at the resort upon entry reduced to £8 when paying via online which I do recommend over the queue which I seen at the entrance gates highly recommended though will be visiting again the the future

Went for a weekend break with the kids. Was lovely room excellent facilities. Rides were fun for the kids throughly enjoyed. Only down side is that we should have bought the pass to skip queue to rides beforehand as my little one uses a frame to walk but can not wait long in queues. We were told rides are not too much weight at this time, but it's always better to get the ride pass, especially if you have a child with disability.
Note for Legoland.. would be good if you accepted on face value when you see a child using a frame to give a pass for 1 day. That would help a lot.
All together, a good weekend away.

*@Legoland* Thanks for the response, Legoland Team appreciated. Just to elaborate, I understand the pass is available, but since we did not have paperwork, we could not get it on the day. I should have phrased my comment properly.. as an idea, maybe you can give a day pass for someone who uses a wheelchair or walking frame.. just a suggestion. Thank you.

A great day out with lots to do and see. Fun for the whole family and for all ages! Quite expensive for a regular family of four with ultimate fast track passes, but definitely worth it to skip 60min+ queues. Food is expensive so take your own if you can, but plenty of options if you can't - including various options for alternative dietary requirements. Be prepared for lots of walking but also lots of fun!

Brilliant. Some great rides. Lovely experiences and lots and lots of joy. Some rides 30mins wait but worth it. Sometimes phone games to play based on ride depending on where you are waiting. We had a great time with a 6 and 13yr old.
