Phoned at half 5 on a Friday hoping to make an appointment for my 3 week old Daughter for the following week. She hadnt been registered on system yet however this was no issue and was very quickly added.

Was phoned back in 5 minutes by a GP for a telephone consultation and prescription was written up and ready to be collected 5 minutes after that. Stunned by the efficiency and also very friendly staff too.

I have been with this practice for a couple of years now and must say they are great. Today i called and i was amazed at how quick they were with helping me. Especially with the pandemic just now. The receptionist was so nice and friendly. The doctor called back really quick and was so helpful she sorted my prescription out really quick. Thank you all for your wonderful service. Especially during these trying times

I have been with this surgery for 21 years and it has gone to the dogs. Useless and completely unhelpful since the pandemic, though the quality was in serious demise before this. If you can get through to them on the phone at 08.00 then you might get to make an appointment but after that forget it. It is like they have no doctors working there at all. Receptionists with serious attitude issues. Forget trying to talk to someone on a Monday as the lines are always busy. It is like the switchboard has been turned off at times. I have a couple of medical conditions that require medical attention at times and I spend more time at St Johns A&E as seeing my so called regular doctor is a non starter. I am being generous giving this bunch a 2 star rating. Time to register with a new doctors surgery.

Excellent surgery. Have been with them almost 40 years since the times of Dr Bagaria, Dr Shah and Dr Patel.
They dealt with my mums terminal illness so professionally and in general the doctors are very good at listening and very understanding.
Special mention to Dr Sweeney and Dr Stephen.
We are forever indebted to people who are willing to do these jobs.

I had my blood collected two weeks ago, however, until now I have not receive any test result report and there has been no doctor to call me for the test result and further action. I called them and the receptionist answered me that what I could do is to wait, and she could not tell me how long I still need to wait. What if there is serious problem found in my blood test? I feel very worried and upset.

Correct: I am sorry that I had made mistake. I mistook Camondean Medical Group for Barclay which is in the same building.

We moved up from England 17 years ago, and I was very nervous of finding a good GP as I already had health issues so needed to know I could get an appt if needed. I have to say the surgery is great, the reception staff are very busy but do their best to help you get an appt. I've never had an issue getting to see a Dr. Dr Stephen who we have now is one of the kindest, people I've ever met. I never feel like im being rushed and shes always happy to listen. Fantastic practice thankyou x

This GP practice provides a great service. The receptionists are very welcoming, the nurses are professional but friendly and the doctors are accessible by phone or if neccessary face to face and listen carefully to your concerns.
