I've been here for few years. Always you find informations well explained and in many places, so you can't miss it. Inside all areas are tidy and cleaned. You find a lots of shops and nice people. They look happy and that's a good vibe. Most of the security personnel they look ok and they pay attention to everyone and every detail.

All looks well in general and I didn't find anything to complain about.

I recently took a journey on the National Express coach service and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The coach itself was poorly maintained and had a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the journey. I would not recommend using this service if you value comfort and cleanliness during your travels.

I have booked in advance for my trip back and the driver didn't let us in, not just us but other people with ticket as well. He sold before asking for the pré purchased tickets, and he was very rude and with atitude when confronted

Great flight from Latvia, when we left the airport we bought two tickets for 24 pounds in the machine and when we got out the big bus was waiting. The bus has WiFi and the possibility to charge the phone. Less than an hour later we are in the center of London, I recommend it!

National express the most rubbish uk company, who is slaving their employers for 300£ /week offering rubbish services and ripping off the customers. I really do not recommend to use it and i personally dont use it.

A good clean service that's fast and efficient. Sufficient seating and plenty of standing room. Loses 1 star for the price. It's far more expensive than the purple bus, but that's progress for you - it always comes at a price.

Shambolic! No coaches, no information. Massive queue. No queueing system.

Have had better experiences with them to be fair but Luton Airport to London is a route I will avoid in future.

very confusing arrangements. the railway ticket bought online for journey to and from London cannot get me through the airport shuttle link called Dart at Luton Airport. Can use payment card but with any mistake might be then double charged if touch card instead of prebooked ticket. Interesting how it will end after the return trip. Insane. Inept. Incompetent managements of these separate businesses unable to cooperate. Those are the very 1st words coming to mind.
