Great place to go shopping. A few empty stores since covid, but there is still a good variety for clothes and food. It's always fairly busy which is great for our local economy.

After 2 years out of the area we returned there to do some shopping. It looks like the place is going downhill. The first impressions are that the buildings need paint and a good cleanup. The management needs to do something to liven this place up.

I recently visited Westwood Cross and had a great shopping experience. The mall has a wide variety of stores for fashion and lifestyle, and I was able to find multiple options for what I was looking for. I also found some great deals on shoes. I'll definitely be returning to Westwood Cross in the future.

Nice shopping centre, ample free parking sadly stores close way too early as in Spring and Summer 8pm is still daylight.

A excellent shopping venue housing all the major retail chains and some lesser known independent traders. A venue where everyone is catered for who wants some retail therapy. Restaurants and coffee shops also on site. Free car parking, and public conveniences. The other thing is all shops and buildings are occupied and not empty. Well worth a visit.

Westwood Cross shopping centre is a modern and spacious shopping destination located in the British area of Thanet. The mall also boasts a good selection of dining options, including fast food chains like McDonald's and KFC, as well as more upscale restaurants like Pizza Express and Nando's.

One of the standout features of Westwood Cross is its attractive and well-maintained outdoor spaces. The mall features a large central plaza that is perfect for relaxing and people watching, as well as a number of outdoor seating areas where shoppers can take a break from browsing the stores.

Plenty of parking. Great selection of shops. very clean.

Only negative: the sweetshop staff are very rude. I know Westwood Cross cannot do anything about it but it really ruined the whole shopping experience.

Pretty standard shopping centre. It's great convenience, variety of shops and restaurants. You just have to get past that it's in margate.
