Excellent way to travel from uk to France, I could purchase a ticket directly at the gate and I embarked 20 minutes later, in less then 1 hour I was already in France

First time ever on this, checkpoints and directions to where we needed to go were easy to follow, service at the Passports area was greated with smiles and lovely people, which made our trip down to here so much easy. Id definately come again on here. Obviously ive got the return back from france.

Communication is not great, might be ok if you have used it before. If not, it's not clear at all. Been through twice and both times, the trains have run late. Again all you get is a random tanoy announcement, but this only applies to the next train, but how do you know which train you are on. The single member of staff in the waiting area say they will be loaded on first come first served, they are definitely not at all.
If the Communication was better it might work better. No staff to ask as it's all automated. Not good.

Looks a lot more complicated than it actually is. Staff were super friendly & super helpful. How they keep smiling is remarkable, there are a lot of us idiots.
Once you have done this it's hard to believe that you would choose a different route. Recommended.

Can’t help but give a three. When it’s good is good, when it’s bad it’s bad. Very reasonable prices, great crossing times. Often if you arrive early it’s possible to catch an earlier train. Equally so if it’s cold outside you can be kept there for hours, or like today stuck in the car park for hours in 35+ degrees sunshine with no explanation as to why. Customer services, closed. Success!

Quick and the process is getting shorter . Still a lack of free parking at both terminals which hinders our driving and duty times when delays are un expected on route to the train terminals

Bad point
UK Border control is arrogant and unreasonable. Treats you like in prison.
