The worst booking experience I've EVER had. First booking, the booking details displayed wrong departure time of the ferry. Next booking, requested cabin was not available. Ammendment failed because "card was declined", yet the exact booking amount is held by the bank, meaning there is most probably just a problem in their booking process. Tried for the third and final time - booked an outside cabin for extra price, payment ok. What a surprise when ferry provider sends an invoice for INSIDE cabin.
I doubt support is actualy human. First three replies are the same text translated into a different language each time (this is just bizzare).

Do not pay extra for a 'Fexible Ticket' because it's a rip-off!
When we changed our outgoing journey they still charged us £45!
And when we then decided to change our return sailing they said we couldn't do it because we had already used the outbound part of the ticket, so we had to book a new ticket to get back home at £350!!!
I won't be using them again.

Absolute scumbag company.
Makes mistakes in your booking on purpose, then tries to charge you a fortune to correct their own mistake.
No ability to talk to anyone in customer service either as it directs you to their website which funnily enough, doesn't work half the time.
Complete scammers and bring on the day they go bust.

DO NOT USE. Even with a flexi ticket you have fees to pay to amend/cancel. Some things you can’t do online so you have to go through customer service which means higher fees. Some things you cannot do at all so money lost. Book with the ferry companies directly and avoid this scam

Easy booking experience. Immediate confirmation. Best site I’ve found so far on my travels. Access to all ferry routes & gives option to find best price & travel time.

Don’t buy a ticket from this agent. But directly from the ferry company.
You will 30%more price and their support is too slow.

Be Warned !!! It's a nightmare to deal with these people. Go to the ferry company directly. *Prices are almost the same* and you will have customer service THAT ACTUALLY EXISTS ???
