Sorry, this should be the Red Lion Hotel, Doncaster, the Mile Castle ain't bad either, both Spoons! a Spoons. Loads of atmosphere. Good dining area and very large patio. Next to Market Square so very lively. Wife and I both 73 but never felt 'out of it'.

Pizza was half empty, mostly bread and was undercooked. I understand it’s cheap but if you’re paying £6 for a pizza, you’d expect a bit more.

good spoons location with three floors. the disco/club vibe for fridays is nice and all but the music exuding from the dance floor is hurting my head. the garlic bread had a good flavour but was just missing that something extra. however for how busy it gets the staff bring out food & drink super quick. (garlic bread pictured post-scran)

Love a Wetherspoons. You always know exactly what you're going to get. Great selection of beers at a great price and I've got to give a shout out to the fish and chips. Absolutely lovely, better than I've had from some chippys recently. Top marks to the Mile Castle, would 100% recommend

a banging spoons, three whole floors of affordable joy! however be aware that on the third floor the music audio levels resembles that of a club so you may not be able to communicate with your nearest and dearest. 4 stars!

Good pub with a lot of friendly staff. 3 floors with the top one being the music/dj and dance floor area. Good prices on our favourite gins and ciders. Close to the train station and other amenities lie buses and taxi rank and close to our hotel. Dance floor was a little bit small but all round it was a good wetherspoons

OK Wetherspoon’s near Newcastle Station. Ten cask ales on handpump when I visited.

Good standard spoons. The top floor turns more into a club scene some nights with music and lights. Been a few times to the bingo on a wednesday (£1 per entry per person) and it’s very lively and exciting.
